How long at The Alfred – Started at The Alfred 10 years ago after working in ICU/cardiology at Epworth Hospitalh Hospital.

What do you do – Physiotherapist in charge of the Transplant gym at The Alfred.  I provide rehabilitation programs after heart and lung transplants and look after a small number of patients before their transplant surgery.

Career History- Trained at Repatriation Hospital Heidelberg, worked as a sports physiotherapist (private practice) and completed personal trainer, aerobics instructors courses before going to Epworth

Career Hopes – to complete my Masters in Physiotherapy, but my big hope is to solve chronic rejection, advance muscle strength research in transplant and develop the best exercise environment for transplant patients at The Alfred.

Career Highlights – commencing research into post lung transplant exercise.

Favourite things – going to the gym!  Skiing, golf, dancing and my family

Who is your champion now – every patient who conquers their fears in the gym and achieves their goals
